Gram Craib’s Chuck Wagon

You will need:
- 1 lb of Ground Chuck
- 1 large (28 oz) can of peeled tomatoes in juice
- 1 can kernel corn
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- Curry Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 garlic clove or 1/2 small onion (optional)
Saute the ground beef in a dry heavy skillet over medium heat until it is browned. Add minced garlic or onion if desired. Drain all but a tsp of fat from the pan.
Add tomatoes with juice, and drained corn and kidney beans. Add 1 tsp of Curry Powder or more to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes and serve with a green salad
Can be served over pasta for a heavier meal
